Reus is moving up in the football world

A historic day in my beloved Reus, Catalonia, Spain. CF Reus Deportiu, my hometown football team, qualified to play in Spain’s Second Division next season! Congratulations!!!

It took 107 years (founded in 1909) for “Club de Futbol Reus Deportiu” to play for the first time in Spain’s second-highest football division: Liga Adelante.

I had the opportunity to be at the stadium on Sunday, May 29 to watch the historic moment when CF Reus Dep. eliminated Real Racing Club de Santander (1-0 at home and 4-0 global). I went with my nephew Oscar and his father Job.
