Reus is located some 100 kms. South of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It has a population of 105,000 people and it’s the birthplace of Antoni Gaudi (Sagrada Familia in Barcelona) and General Joan Prim (President of Spain 1847-48). Reus is known for its commercial activity. The principal festivity is Sant Pere on June 29, declared of National Touristic Interest. It has several modernist buildings.
